Return & Refund Policy

At Avelyah Beauty, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below:

Eligibility for Return

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue your refund through bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
